Back support is vital to healthy sitting. Position the Lumbar, the lifted area on
the lower end of the backrest, easily from a seated position.
Lift the entire backrest to the highest point which will allow the backrest to return
to its lowest beginning position.
Slowly lift backrest. You will hear separate clicks from inside the backrest. For
optimal comfort, you want the Lumbar to be placed against the small of your back.
Lean forward and then lean back between each click until set
